Formed to:

• Promote and preserve the human/animal bond and our historic working relationship with animals;
   

• Expose the extreme agenda of the “Animal Rights” Movement to end all use, breeding and ownership of animals for any reason, including pet ownership;
   

• Serve as a respected resource for elected officials in Texas regarding animal issues; providing statistics, factual information and solutions to animal problems;
   

• Support reasonable regulations and legislation that promote animal welfare while protecting the rights of responsible animal owners and allowing due process of the law;
   

• Lobby as a 501 (c)(4) nonprofit organization which allows us to hire lobbyists, expert witnesses, educate elected officials, file court cases, etc. if adequate financial support is received.

  The combination 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) is a legal arrangement
  according to the US Supreme Court.
